PolPilot: half of your business lives outside any system

What PolPilot is

PolPilot is a multi-agent AI platform for organizations with physical operations in Argentina: distributors and warehouse-based SMBs (10–80 people), growers and agribusinesses, and nonprofits and food banks. It captures what no system records — WhatsApp messages, voice notes, photos of delivery notes, paper, GPS points and the unwritten rules people know — cross-references it with the ERP the organization already uses (Odoo directly; Finnegans read access; Chess and Tango via file exports), and does the repetitive work, leaving every action ready for a human to approve. Nothing that moves money, stock or permissions runs without approval, and every decision is logged. Field and warehouse staff use the phone they already have, including offline. For agriculture it maps plots with phone GPS and prepares the documentation required by Argentina's INASE (plot sketches, KML polygons, compliance file) and SENASA (transit permit data, export file). For food banks it logs donations from a photo or WhatsApp message, with expiry tracking; nonprofits can also switch on a per-family follow-up block (families, pregnant women, children, by area, with alerts to each area lead), configured with each organization. It is built in blocks that each organization switches on as needed, goes live in about two weeks on top of existing systems, and learns from every correction. No training needed: nobody has to learn a new platform. What each employee knows, and every process, stays on record, so when someone leaves the new hire starts out already knowing how things work. Customer data is never used to train anyone else's models. The assistant is called Ángela. Early-stage startup running pilots; no published customers yet. Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change my ERP? No. PolPilot works on top of the one you already use.

Which management systems does it work with? Odoo through a direct connection; Finnegans with direct read access; Chess and Tango through file exports (Excel/CSV), with nothing to migrate; and Excel or spreadsheets. Others (SAP Business One, Bejerman, Xubio, Colppy and more) are evaluated case by case.

Do my people have to learn a new system? No training needed. Warehouse, delivery and field staff use the phone they already have: a photo, a voice note or a message.

Does it work without signal? Yes. What gets captured stays on the phone and syncs when the signal comes back.

Can the AI do something without me knowing? No. Anything that moves money, stock or permissions always asks for approval, and everything is logged.

What happens to my company's data? It belongs to your organization: it is never used to train anyone else's models, each person sees only what their role allows, and the ERP stays the source of truth.

Is it for agriculture too? Yes, including regulatory compliance: plots mapped with phone GPS, sketches and KML for INASE, the compliance file, SENASA transit permit data, lab samples, harvest and stock by size.

Is it for nonprofits? Yes: logging donations from a photo or a WhatsApp message, tracking expiry dates and valuing what was donated. A per-family follow-up block by area, with alerts to each lead, can also be switched on; it is configured with each organization.

How long until it's running? About two weeks, on top of the systems the organization already uses.

How much does it cost? It depends on the size of the organization and the modules it uses; it is quoted after the demo.

Where is the company based? In Argentina.
